Norman has been helping people at Fountains for 10 years now, offering individual, and packaged sessions, helping people like you get to where they want to be in life.

Although he has been providing online session to his clients, he is now available for face to face sessions at Fountains. His key area of expertise is Anxiety and Stress, although he does continue to help those with other challenges as they come along.

He provides a client focused solution driven service, where each session is unique, focussing on what the client needs.

His intention is to get you the results you want in the shortest time possible, to do this he brings a combination of therapies.

Of course there are other therapists available, unlike Norman, few of them have been helping people since 2006, nor do they have the knowledge, skill set, determination and track record.

Norman has been on a search for the best, most effective and powerful tools that result in rapid personal change.

From learning Neuro Linguistic Programming from one of the co-creators; Richard Bandler, he has also been trained by Paul McKenna, Michael Neil, and John Lavalle, as well as The British Academy of Hypnosis, Priority Academy, Sussex Hypnotherapy Centre, and The Coaching Academy, which has led him to develop a powerful combined system that he uses to great effect today.

He is an 'Educator of Internal Change' as he call it, teaching his clients how to use their own brain to break through poor thinking and achieve what they want..

He knows each of his clients are unique, and as such the course of action he provides will be unique. The initial consultation is used to delve into your challenge, find out the who, what, where, when and more importantly the how of your situation. Only if he believes he can help you, he will suggest progressing into the sessions.

Be assured that if, at any time, he feels that the sessions are ineffective or fail to achieve the goal, he will discuss this with you.
