Janine is Fountains Principal Massage Therapist, or official title Advanced Sports Massage and Complementary Therapy  Practitioner with over 20 years experience in Complementary Therapy and Sports Massage, playing an important role in a busy clinic working alongside other healthcare professionals.

 

Janine uses many different modalities within her treatments.  These include:

Electrotherapy (Ultrasound)

B Cure Laser

Percussion Therapy (Hypervolt)

Medical Acupuncture/Dry Needling

 Although Reflexology remains her favourite treatment she has found that Sports/Deep tissue massage is one of the most beneficial treatments.  This treatment tailored to each individual can help a multitude of complaints, sciatica being one of the most common issues, this can usually be sorted in only a few sessions.

She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists, on the British Register of Complementary Practitioners and also holds an ITEC Level 5 certificate in Sports Massage.
