About you

Are you feeling that life is too much right now? Perhaps you're struggling to cope with your emotions. Have you ever wondered why you behave the way that you do? Have you ever wondered why you react to things differently to others? Do you want to explore your difficulties in a safe space?

As a therapeutic counsellor, Lorna is person-centred in her approach. This means that she will follow your lead in what you might like to discuss in your sessions. Having the space to talk freely and without judgement can really help to lighten the load.

Having a dedicated space to explore your thoughts, feelings and reflections with someone outside of your day-to-day life can help you to understand and get to know yourself better.
