“Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is widely regarded as one of the main treatments where anxiety and depression are the main problem.

CBT has been shown to help with many other types of problems too. These include: panic, phobias (including agoraphobia and social phobia), stress, obsessive compulsive disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder. CBT may also help if you have difficulties with anger, a low opinion of yourself or physical health problems, like pain or fatigue.

During CBT sessions, talking with your therapist you will learn more about how you think about yourself, the world and other people. This then will enable you to make positive changes in how you think, thus affecting how you feel and what you do in a more positive way on a daily basis.
